Manager/Director of Portfolio Strategy - Any ACES Office

This position is responsible for coordinating delivery of portfolio services and strategic portfolio hedge recommendations to ACES’ clients.

Manager of Trading - Raleigh, NC

This position is responsible for the management of the participating members and service customers’ portfolios, inclusive of hedging strategy development, commercial executions as well as assessing financial impacts of market structures on portfolios.

Intern - Carmel, IN

ACES has various internships available this summer. Check out the ACES website to learn more about each of the departments. Opportunities include internships in: Meteorology, Legal, Portfolio Valuation, Regulatory and Reliability, Transmission, Service Desk, Software Engineering, and Settlements.

Manager of Capacity and Fundamental Analysis - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for coordinating delivery of capacity market services and fundamental analysis to ACES’ clients. They will lead a cross-functional market analysis team to evaluate North American power market fundamentals, including analysis of future resource mix changes, environmental program development, new technology opportunities and cost, and resource adequacy reform.

Database Administrator - Carmel, IN

This position is responsible for installing, developing, implementing, and administering corporate databases and data warehouses. Additionally, the position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of corporate databases. This position will track and understand current and emerging database technologies and will lead the deployment effort of new technologies. The database administrator will develop and maintain SOC1 compliant IT practices and procedures.

Cyber Security Engineer - Carmel, IN

This position is responsible for providing proactive security monitoring and investigation of IT assets. This position will work to collect, analyze, and report on relevant cyber security event data creating actionable tasks. This role will work with a talented team of systems administrators, network engineers, and other IT staff to ensure the safety of our electronic assets consistent with established security policies, procedures, and requirements. Additionally this position will play a critical role in incident response and vulnerability management. This position must adhere to, administer, and maintain ISSP, SOC 1, and NERC CIP compliant IT practices and procedures.

Hourly Trader - Maple Grove, MN

This position will be responsible for the management of generation and native load requirements of any participating member or client. This position will be accountable for generation and load scheduling, demand side management, transmission purchases, energy transactions, market interaction, hourly sales of member’s generation or contract resources and purchasing as required.
