Manager of Capacity and Fundamental Analysis - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for coordinating delivery of capacity market services and fundamental analysis to ACES’ clients. They will lead a cross-functional market analysis team to evaluate North American power market fundamentals, including analysis of future resource mix changes, environmental program development, new technology opportunities and cost, and resource adequacy reform.

Hourly Trader - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for the management of generation and native load requirements of any participating member or client. This position will be accountable for generation and load scheduling, demand side management, transmission purchases, energy transactions, market interaction, hourly sales of member’s generation or contract resources and purchasing as required.

Vice President/Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for providing leadership for portfolio services and strategic portfolio hedge recommendations to ACES’ clients as well as management of the participating Members’ and Customers’ portfolios, inclusive of hedging strategies, trade execution, and performance and assessment of commercial impacts of market changes on portfolios.

Network Engineer - Carmel, IN

This position is responsible for the design, support, configuration, and maintenance of the ACES Data Network.

Manager/Director of Portfolio Strategy – Benson, AZ

This position is responsible for coordinating delivery of portfolio services and strategic portfolio hedge recommendations to ACES’ clients.

Transmission Analyst/Engineer - Carmel, IN

This position will be selected and assigned to an on-the-job training program in the Transmission Services Group while providing technical detail and support to the Transmission Analysts in relation to model(s) set up, data mining, report writing, trade verification and participation in industry training. This position will also use the provided training to become more involved in consulting work and everyday trade strategies for members and customers.

Business Continuity Specialist - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for all ACES offices and operations. The Business Continuity Specialist will conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and strategy selection for business operations.

Hourly Trader - Raleigh, NC

This position will be responsible for the management of generation and native load requirements of any participating member or client. Candidate will be working a rotating shift to provide 24-hour coverage. Previous business experience is preferred but not required.

IT Compliance Specialist - Any ACES Office

This position is responsible for initiating and tracking IT compliance related activities, including but not limited to SOC 1, ISSP, and NERC CIP. This position will perform various reconciliations and checks as part of established activities designed to achieve and maintain compliance.

Portfolio Director - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for the management of the participating members and service customers’ portfolios, inclusive of hedging strategies, trade execution, portfolio performance and assessment of commercial impacts of market changes on portfolios.

Trading Control Coordinator/Analyst - Any ACES Office

This position will be responsible for providing and maintaining a sound trading control environment.

Database Administrator - Carmel, IN

This position is responsible for installing, developing, implementing, and administering corporate databases and data warehouses. Additionally, the position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of corporate databases.

Technical Service Analyst - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for providing ­the first point of contact for the users who call our IT Technical Service Desk. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Technical Service Analyst responds to incoming requests, tracks all information in a tracking system and uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve tier 1 requests in a timely fashion.

SQL Developer - Carmel, IN

This position is responsible for database and ETL application analysis, design, development, modification, implementation, and support. Additionally, this position is responsible for data modeling design and implementation.

NRCO Clean Energy Analyst - Carmel, IN

The Clean Energy Analyst supports NRCO’s developers, managers, vice president and CEO in providing clean energy market intelligence and project-related services to NRCO’s customer-owners (“Members”).

Contract Analyst - Carmel, IN

This position negotiates, analyzes, and processes power, natural gas, financial commodity, renewable energy, and emission allowance contracts through extensive client contact. This position also maintains pertinent Contract Administration reports and the data integrity of the Risk Management Systems.

Human Resources Generalist - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for providing general human resources and training support in an accurate and timely manner for the staff of ACES.

Manager/Director of Accounting - Carmel, IN

The Manager/Director of Finance & Accounting is responsible for the performance and development of each of the company’s accountants. This position will also be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, the management of the budget process, the preparation of financial forecasting, and participation in financing activities when applicable. In addition, this position is responsible for providing Members with accurate and timely financial information.

The Trading Control team of ACES is looking for a Trading Control Coordinator. ACES is an energy risk management company that plays a critical role in providing reliable and economical electricity in the areas we serve.
