Environmental Policy Specialist/Senior Environmental Policy Specialist (depending on experience) - Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for performing analysis on state and federal legislative and regulatory initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to quantify potential impacts on ACES’ members and customers. This position will also be responsible for leading educational and consulting efforts regarding environmental social governance (ESG).

Hourly Trader West RTC - Benson, AZ

This position will be responsible for the management of generation and native load requirements of any participating member or client. This position will be accountable for generation and load scheduling, demand side management, transmission purchases, energy transactions, market interaction, hourly sales of member’s generation or contract resources and purchasing as required.

Senior Financial Trading Analyst - Carmel, IN

This position will participate in and support the ACES natural gas trading team efforts regarding all aspects of the customer’s portfolio optimization. This position will assist with the management requirements of participating members and service customers, including portfolio execution support and portfolio strategy development. Primary responsibilities include providing commodity market analysis and expertise, and the preparation of various industry reports.

Senior Resource Planning Analyst / Manager of Resource Planning – Carmel, IN

This position will be responsible for the economic and decision support analysis for the area of utility resource planning. The position will develop, maintain, and enhance capacity expansion and production cost models. The Manager will lead company efforts for long-term modeling considerations for power industry trends, including modeling impacts of new resource technologies, changing market rules, federal or state environmental policies, proliferation of distributed generation resources, and energy efficiency and electrification programs.

Transmission Engineer II – Carmel, IN

This position will provide experienced support to the Transmission Services Group while providing technical detail and support to the Transmission Analysts in relation to model(s) set up, data mining, report writing, trade verification and participation in industry training. This position will also be involved in consulting work and everyday trade strategies for members and customers. The position will be responsible for providing support and answering questions relating to the physical operation of the transmission grid.
