Yes, as long as they are relevant to the RFP.

Responses to questions will be provided as soon as practical. Response times will vary depending upon the complexity of the question.

 WH is not considering “non-traditional”, such as BTM generation, aggregated generation, or other similar resources at this time.

Only Zone 1 will be considered for the RFP.

Due to the length of proposal term, WH intentions are to secure accredited capacity. We welcome you to submit as-accredited capacity for review with the understanding this is outside of our primary scope.

We appreciate the request; however, given that three parties (WH, GRE, ACES) are involved, we are not in a position to execute an NDA for this RFP. That said, we will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality of bidder details and transaction pricing, except in the event disclosure is required by law.
