Yes, as long as they are relevant to the RFP.

Responses to questions will be provided as soon as practical. Response times will vary depending upon the complexity of the question.

PJM could be considered with supply as a MISO External Resource.

If offered as a bundled product, Hoosier Energy would consider such projects.

Hoosier would consider proposed changes to the NDA posted on the RFP site on a limited case-by-case basis.

Hoosier Energy would consider such assets. However, based on additional economic analysis, Hoosier Energy may or may not elect to enter into a PPA with a start date prior to January 1, 2026.

As referenced in Questions 5 and 6, PJM could be considered to supply as a MISO External Resource as long as it can be accredited as a MISO capacity resource correlated to MISO North Zones, refer to RFP section 2.3.

MISO’s Resource Adequacy construct uses External Resource Zones for resources outside the MISO footprint, see MISO Tariff and BPM’s for further detail. The RFP document outlines locational preferences in section 2.3.

Yes, Hoosier Energy will accept proposals for all MISO North Zones. The RFP outlines locational preferences in Section 2.3.

A fully bundled tolling agreement and a capacity-only proposal represent two separate proposals. Please submit the energy storage tolling proposal in Appendix B-2 and the Capacity only proposal in Appendix B-4.
