Responses to questions will be provided as soon as practical. Response times will vary depending upon the complexity of the question.

Central will consider heat rate offers in addition to fixed-price offers. Proposals for heat rate products must identify the natural gas price index, capacity charge, and any applicable adders. The Proposal Submittal Form (Appendix B1) provides a section for respondents to detail fixed-price and/or heat rate offers.

Central is seeking a firm, full requirements, load-following product to meet its load obligation in the Dominion Energy South Carolina balancing authority. Central will not be able to accept proposals that include supply greater than its hourly load obligation.

There is no template other than what is provided in the RFP and Attachment B1. During the Execution of Power Supply Agreements phase of this RFP, a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Draft Purchase Power Agreement and other agreements may be discussed.
