No, submitting a Notice of Intent does not obligate your company to submit an offer. However, a Notice of Intent is required to be able to submit an offer on behalf of your organization for this RFI. 

No, this RFI is only looking for projects delivering in ERCOT. As stated in Section 3 of the RFI, preference will be given to Indicative Proposals delivered to ERCOT HB_North.

Correct, among the products requested in this RFI is solar plus energy storage resources. The specific details contained in the RFP administered by NRCO are available on their website.

There is no minimum tenor to coastal wind. Brazos Electric is seeking Indicative Proposals which provide the most value.

Brazos Electric is seeking Indicative Proposals which present the most value and has no preference between energy only and energy plus RECs.

At this time, Brazos Electric will only consider Indicative Proposals for Solar Plus Energy Storage Resources with contract start dates no later than December 31, 2022.

Contract Term represents the length of the Indicative Proposal in years, 2, 5, or 10 years, starting during 2021 for the applicable Delivery Term.

Delivery Term represents the intra-year delivery of the Indicative Proposal, July-August, June-September, or Calendar Year.

For example: 2-year Contract Term with a Delivery Term of June-September evaluated as June through September 2021 and June through September 2022.

No, we will not need natural gas volumes for the heat rate calls, only the Natural Gas Price Index.

Yes, Brazos Electric has interest in evaluating all 54 pricing combinations and determining which present the most value. Respondents are not obligated to submit pricing for all 54 pricing combinations.

For this RFI, Brazos Electric will only consider and evaluate Indicative Proposals for coastal wind resources. Non-coastal wind Indicative Proposals will be rejected.
