ACES is pleased to announce that Joanna Lehner has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, following the retirement of David Claspell. In Joanna’s new role, she will oversee the Accounting, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Compliance, and Settlements teams.
Joanna joined ACES in March 2011 and has served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting since 2017. In that role, Joanna supervised and developed the company’s senior and staff accountants and financial analysts. She was also responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles and procedures; directing the completion of financial statements, the annual budget, short-term and long-term forecasting; treasury management; compliance accounting and analysis; insurance management; tax compliance functions; and providing Members with accurate and timely financial information.
Prior to joining ACES, Joanna was a Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche and had been with Deloitte for more than 13 years. Her primary responsibility was to lead the completion of audits of manufacturing, retail, and utility companies. Among her clients were several SEC registrants.
Joanna is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Butler University.
