Protecting the health and safety of our Members, their members, our staff, and our community is paramount as our country continues to deal with COVID-19. Thus, we believe it is prudent to cancel this year’s Members Conference. ACES did not make this decision lightly. While we regret canceling, we believe it is in everyone’s best interest.
Additionally, we are hopeful that businesses in Indianapolis will begin re-opening and social distancing guidelines will start being relaxed in May. However, this is expected to occur in stages. We anticipate that large gatherings, such as ACES’ Members Conference, will not be allowed until June at the earliest. This is evidenced by the rescheduling of other Indianapolis events, such as the Indianapolis 500, which was rescheduled from May 24 to August 23.
We look forward to planning our 2021 conference so we can continue to provide valuable education and market insights to those we serve.
