Responses to questions will be provided as soon as practical. Response times will vary depending upon the complexity of the question.
Yes, EKPC will accept new build gas-fired or solar development projects with CODs between 2029 and 2031.
EKPC is looking at proposals to meet a minimum of 540 MW up to 2,200 MW of power. EKPC will consider both single projects and aggregating multiple proposals to meet this requirement. So yes, EKPC would entertain the 40 MW offer, but they would have to pair it with other alternatives to meet their entire need.
EKPC would entertain a project in the EKPC territory without existing PJM interconnection approvals, however the risk of the project being able to move forward will be considered in the analysis.
Yes, awarded contracts will require regulatory approvals. Depending on the type of contract, the time between initial filing and Order could be as little as sixty days or as long as 8 months.
EKPC would consider both energy and capacity only offers, but please note that they would be paired with other offers so that both energy AND capacity are obtained.
Yes, EKPC values firm gas transportation. Up to 100% of daily max.
EKPC does not have any equipment reservation slots that can be made available to the seller.
