Strategic Growth
This group pursues strategic growth opportunities for APM by adding new Owners and Clients.
Responsibilities
The Business Development team:
- Develops and implements the APM Business Development Plan each year
- Identifies prospective Owners and Clients that are strategic fit for APM’s services
- Listens to prospective Owners and Clients to help them identify their needs, and understand the APM Services that best address those needs
- Manages the aggregate Risk Capacity Limit (RCL) in APM's Service Agreements and reports quarterly to the Risk Oversight and Audit Committee of the APM Board
- Works with prospective Owners and Clients throughout the contract negotiation phase
- Initiates the implementation of the specific APM services chosen by new Owners and Clients
