Integration Process Begins Early

The process of successfully integrating a new client into APM’s operations is detailed and begins early - during the service agreement negotiations.  Once the agreement is close to being finalized, a designated Member-Client Services representative is assigned to the new client to provide both a seamless implementation and on-going support of the service agreement. 

Dedicated Implementation Team

During service implementation, the Member-Client service representative and APM management put together a team with representatives from all of the appropriate departments.  A staff leader for this team is selected based upon the services to be implemented.  The team creates and follows an implementation plan and timeline.

Executive Oversight of Implementation

Additionally, an APM executive is appointed as a sponsor with overall responsibility for seeing that the plan is executed in a timely manner.
